To be successful in the ever-changing world into which they will graduate, our students need to possess more than academic skills.  They need 21st century skills and habits of mind that can be transferred among disciplines and to real-world contexts.  In this workshop we will share a process by which a learning community or classroom teacher can create a learner profile that will inform instruction and programs, and better prepare students for success today and beyond graduation.
