Audience:  PK-5, MS, HS, Principals and Curriculum Coordinators

The workshop will examine and challenge the concept of "average" and how this has led to the tracking of students.  By utilizing a variety of material, participants will be prompted to discuss and ponder the ways in which we as educators can create a customized educational environment for our students so that all students can achieve mastery of material.
